Enquiries and site visits

Submitting the enquiry form does not reserve a unit or guarantee availability. Site visits are arranged by prior appointment and remain subject to inventory and slot availability at the time of confirmation.

Pricing and charges

Any price shared during discussion is subject to revision until a formal agreement is executed. GST, stamp duty, registration charges and any other government levies are borne by the purchaser.

Booking terms prevail

The allotment letter, agreement for sale and the registered project documents are the definitive record of what is being sold. Where anything on this page differs from those documents, those documents prevail.

Intellectual property

The Blue Ocean and Ocean Real Estate names, logos, images and text on this page belong to Ocean Real Estate and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law and are subject to Gandhinagar jurisdiction.
